Data Retention Policy

Jobcus applies a one-year account-data retention review for eligible personal data stored in the platform. Before deletion, Jobcus can send a consent email asking whether the user wants Jobcus to keep their data or delete it from storage.

If no valid consent is received within the notice period, eligible account data may be deleted after the retention limit, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, payment, or dispute-resolution retention needs.

Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support.
